My son has opened all of his presents, and doesn’t know the gift he’s been asking for for months is waiting for him as a surprise. He told us he’s grateful for everything he got, even though I know he’s probably secretly disappointed. He’s still being appreciative. This type of attitude is the best case scenario for a parent. This dude is a good, humble person.
