Heavy on no impulse/emotional spending because I’m booking a trip soon as I feel sad 😩

Okay but credit card purchases aren’t bad because I get cash back, but only buying stuff I need on my credit card 🤟

I did this in 2024, on top of listening to @staxxfinance advice on budgeting based on my income and saved an extra $3k a month. 🥳 it’s really crazy how much we save once we realize how much we spend on unnecessary things.

Thank you for posting this! I can’t believe all the negative comments. I too am going no credit card purchases. The damn rewards ain’t worth it if I’m still in debt!

I’m all for this minus not using my credit cards. All my bills are on autopay and I rent rewards and pay no interest because I pay my balance in full.

Good goals. I’m changing my priorities on how I budget without expecting myself to cut things out completely

I spend money on my credit card but I budget. So what goes on my card gets paid off each month on my statement. I get cash back from my purchases. This year alone I got 1,073.51 of cash back. That's about $90 bucks back each month
