Made Skilpadde with Fricadeller for Christmas dinner this year. Basically gravy and meatballs over mashed potatoes. My aunt from Denmark used to make it and after a lot of year my cousin finally gave me the recipe. Shout out to Tammy and thank you. The gravy took four days to make and I made 42 meatballs plus 5 lbs of mashed potatoes. Almost forgot you top it all with hard boiled eggs. Well another Christmas miracle is done and here is wishing you all a blessed upcoming year.
