You can treat them as a mirror too, as someone you do not wish to become. If you do not see the value in their friendship, you can treat them as a timefiller too, use their life drama as a case study topic.

Whew yes! BUT as of this year I actually sat down with myself and discovered some cycles I was perpetuating. A lack of boundaries, a people pleaser, ignoring red flags for the sake of being loved etc. Speaking for myself, it took me really breaking down what most of them had in common, what wasn’t working, and what I subconsciously found attractive…From there my perspective shifted on the ‘lessons.’ As a lovergirl I really had to discover the lessons so I could make room for the blessings.

Almost every time. I've watched all but one realize the lesson and then deliberately choose to swim down into it. Self-destruction. It's really sad.
