I know that chair! Go to the hardware store, bring a screw from the front of the base on the bottom that screws into the chair, and get a slightly longer one and some washers, or a plastic spacer. Replace the screws in the front with the longer one and washers between the chair and bracket, to tilt the seat back a couple degrees. Makes it 100 times easier to sit in.
