I do 6 times a week. But if you have a low adipose tissue count then yeah it’s probably best not too.

I keep my fasted workout for low intensity workouts like walking, light running, and light workouts. High intensity workouts will leave you gassed if you have no quick carbs to burn as fuel.

Nothing wrong with fasted workouts, they are actually very beneficial, especially if your overweight and have a lot of water retention just train and eat after it's a great way to start your day just don't fast all day and then train at the end of your fast and expect to feel incredible

Those who say they train fasted in the morning I bet you don’t do HIIT. But fasted training for medium-low intensity works for some people.

I workout while fasting but because I get to the gym by 4:30am because that’s the only time I can (mom of a 4yo and 1yo). What do you recommend me eating that’s fast and won’t make me queasy? (I wake up at 4:00am and it’s a 10 min drive to the gym)
