Ok people with autoimmune diseases of the connective tissue variety… which immune modulators helped you? I can’t do Plaq. right now because it may be contraindicated. What else is out there?? If you can, could you shorten the drug names so that this post doesn’t get taken down.

I’ve been using high dose turmeric with black pepper and magnesium glycinate for about a year for my chronic inflammation. I won’t say it’s ’better’, but I absolutely notice the pain more when I don’t take them. I also have a vibration board that helps with lymphatic drainage, and maintaining mobility in my early stage arthritic joints 😩
