Day 120 : 16kg gone
From 83kg to 67kg
Sepanjang 4 bulan ni konsisten..
1. Jaga makan- calorie defisit, cut sugar, less carb. Rekod; cuma skali minum teh ais fav dlm 4bln ni 😂
2. Exercise- cardio (briskwalk, badminton, naik bukit) & strenght training dgn gym equipment or dumbell kat rumah.
Target daily at least 30mins / 150cal burn.
3. Cukup tidur. Tido awal & cukup masa.
Selain berat turun, banyak lagi health improvement lain2. Alhamdulillah 🥰
