1. Mine is drinking a glass of warm water diluted with 2 tbs of Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) every morning (empty stomach)
Since amalkan ni dah lama tak kena gastrik. Last kena gastrik Jan 2021, sakit sangat sampai serah diri 4am dkt emergency PPUM. Now even makan lambat pun Alhamdulillah perut still ok✌🏻
