I saw a video of a black woman saying that some black men are scared to get married but not have children…because of slavery. Marriage was forbidden, and having children was a requirement. The trauma of not being able to openly love your spouse or children, but the requirement to have children is crazy work. I’d have to do more research, but the trauma from slavery runs deep. Everything is racist rs.
