Sure, that’s possible. However, I think hotels would then charge a higher room rate to make up for the lost revenue of rooms sitting empty overnight. And as a guest I’d end up paying more per night whether I cared about checking in/out early/late or not. So I might choose another cheaper hotel that doesn’t do this service. There’s always the option to pay for an extra night on those occasions where you’d like to stay beyond the normal hours.
