I've lived in the US for 40 years, but in my heart I will always be a Kiwi. And Christmas means fruitcake! Trust me, ours is nothing like the ones here. So I have found a gluten -free recipe and OMG!! Made it Tuesday. Self control made me freeze half, but just finished the other half with coffee. Breakfast of champions. newzealandlife
