If I opened a salon today, it would be centered around prep-work. Services: cleansing, detoxing & conditioning/treatment. You could receive a blowout, braid down for a wig, partings for braids or even color. We don’t finish though (style). I would host classes to teach them how to install crochets, quick weaves, wigs or even how to silk press or twist their own hair. By selling quick services, products, hair/wigs/crochet hair & hosting classes this business model is easily profitable.
