Not sure what the hell is running through *everyone* right now getting them sick, but it's really giving off those "two months before COVID shut the world down" vibes. Negative for flu, strep, and COVID, but everyone I know has been sick in exactly the same way. It's like a winter cold on steroids.

Took the train up from Bath to north Wales last week. 2 herniated discs in my thoracic spine and one in my cervical spine, knees shot to hell. Completely packed train and I end up sitting next to a guy open mouth coughing and extremely wet sneezing (open mouth, open nose) I hid my mouth and nose under my heavy sweatshirt but ended up with it anyway. I'm on vacation here from Canada. Can't think the last time I've felt this horrid, hurts to breathe
