I was born and raised in Texas. When I moved to the Midwest, and traveled to Oregon, I was taken aback by how many people listened to country music. I always thought people outside Texas and the south were just into rock and random folk music.

An actual Texan is here to tell you there is nothing country about Houston. Texas is not what you see in the movies. Hope this helps.
