One thing I'm noting as I read through the 2024 meta-analysis on autistic cognitive flexibility is that I'm not seeing any acknowledgment of trauma. Trauma is, I wager, a significent factor in the decreased cognitive flexibility amongst autistic people (all trauma has the potential to reduce CF).
