As you are planning out your goals for the New Year here are a few helpful reminders from Ali Abdaal: 1️⃣ Break your goals into 90 day chunks 2️⃣ Incorporate a reminder for weekly review. (Often times goals are not met because you don’t review them on a regular basis) 3️⃣ Set 2-3 daily priorities…..just for that ONE DAY!
