It’s literally the best in the world by far, everyone travels to places like Mayo Clinic when needing life saving procedures. Almost all high level surgeries happen in the US. It’s just ridiculously expensive

Having good hospitals doesn’t mean our healthcare system is good. Having a healthy heart doesn’t mean you’re healthy. I live in the same town as the Mayo Clinic and there are still services that I cannot access and money isn’t the thing blocking me. And lots of people travel to other counties as well for these “high level surgeries” the US is not leading in that.
