Tip only for good service. 0% for anything else. Max should be 10%. No need to glorify people who are just walking 20 paces to get you your food from the kitchen. If anything, people should tip the chef if the food is great.

Tipping is how thier pay structure works. I do struggle with paying more in tips for a $50 bottle of wine vs. a $20 bottle of wine … is the cork harder to remove? 🤔
