All the Zoomers I know and many of the “Gen-A” kids just getting their licenses say they prefer 1990s cars.

Especially with econoboxes, the 90's and y2k was when durability and a more plush ride was at the forefront. Modern cars went too far with borderline useless tech "features" and bullshit marketing, usually swapping between SpOrT sUsPeNsIoN or an OfFrOaD pAcKaGe

90's cars are just peak, all the fancy tech from the 80's was refined just enough to easily fit and be swappable, after that we got terrible interiors that had stupid inbuilt stuff, my Subaru has speaker covers that pop off by hand so you can easily replace with better ones
