I nak tanya why after every meal i akan nak benda manis ie desserts, air manis camtu. Is this what we called it as someone yang addicted to sugar? I dah cuba control tapi susah sangat mesti nak juga benda manis

Sama! So lepas makan i akan minum air putih banyak banyak. Teringin lagi minum lagi. Lepas seminggu memang tak rasa macam tu dah. Tapi tulah seminggu tu azab betul rasanya 😂

This thing happened bila you ate a lot of carbs. Cara nak control memang kena cut sugar. Kurangkan ambil nasi, banyakkan makan protein and fiber. If craving smthg sweet boleh tukar ke buah buahan. Strawberry, green grapes, dragon fruit, orange, pisang. Lepas tu teguk byk2 air sampai perut rasa penuh. This one is my tips and i dah practice more than 5 years. It works

Cuba makan buah before makan. N jgn selang seli minum air. Minum air after makan. Dia jd mcm full sgt tak rasa nk mkn pape dah

Try lebihkan protein like ayam/daging/ikan in each mealtime. Especially masa breakfast. Makan makanan yang high protein so that you takda sugar craving lepas makan. Kalau mcm I, masa breakfast I minum protein shake. Gula dlm badan takkan spike kalau isi protein first and from that, sugar craving u akan berkurang ✌🏻

i buat cut sugar hri ni hri kedua sbb muka dah naik acne dkt rahang (cyctic acne) plus mood swing truk sgt. hri ni better after kurgkn mkn n cut sugar, bdn a bit x bermaya but membantu utk tido sbb sblum ni susah tido mlm. ni i ad buat tracker sndiri utk cut sugar. i share to motivate u.
