got The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys: California (graphic novel, compilation of comics 1-6) for Christmas and finally read it last night after the car ride home, and i’m once again reminded why I sort of avoid but also love media that makes me feel funny emotionally like it’s not depression or sadness, it’s a shocked almost emptiness (usually after major twists or character deaths), and oh boy hehe (i’ve been trying to get my hands on these comics for ages, cousin came in clutch)
