Last night a new friend checked my negative self talk when I said, “I gotta hit the gym a little bit before he sees me in my bathing suit!” And without missing a beat she said, “wait but he wants to see you in your bathing suit as you are now, if he didn’t then he wouldn’t have invited you to [activity]. Like???” That energy going into 2025 🤌🏼
