Yeah, I’ve done low skilled jobs, and I’ve been self employed, trying to run a business is harder than making coffee or stacking shelves. I can do one in some very questionable states. That doesn’t mean that people should be in poverty for these jobs, but maybe we need to look at how high rents and energy bills are (energy is more a uk issue first). Forcing the wages up on millions of people who’ll have a massive impact of the cost of running the business. Prices will rise, jobs will be lost.
