Mental instability was evident in his first term but things have gotten much worse. Being able to identify an Elephant might give him a passing grade on a dementia test but this time around he is infinitely more dangerous surrounded by Wannabes, extremely wealthy supporters & advisers, and other "friends" with Agendas. The Panama Canal, Greenland & related idiotic fantasies, I believe, originated with these individuals surrounding him! Not to say he's incapable conjuring up his own insanities.
