I can never stop thinking about how weird it is that we talk about culture and tradition as an uncontrollable abstract as opposed to something we all are actively shaping every day wherher we realize it or not.

We can all contribute in some small way and influence others to follow us, but it is collective effort over decent lengths of time that no single person can reign in
