TW: weight loss and drugs On Jan 16 I weighed 226 lbs. My a1c was 8.9 despite everything I did and all the meds I was taking. My doctor prescribed me Ozempic. On November 20, my a1c was 6.6 On Dec 27 (today) my weight was 181 lbs. There will be no shit-talking Ozempic in this thread.

2 小時內	Dena Newman Gassner denagassner	I’m on board too. Just know big pharma keeps upping the dose but after two years at .25 I’ve lost 85 pounds. Side effect risk was too much for me. I just listen to my body. When the food noise or cravings return, I’ll consider an incremental increase.

10 小時內	Shelley Potekal shellpotts44	Not shit talk, and I support everyone’s choice and their doctors recommendations. I was also put on it and was doing great, but I had adverse reaction to it and was hospitalized for weeks. My point is I guess is it may not be suitable for everyone.
