How scammy is this? My husband called Enterprise at BWI to ask if they had a car available. He has a claim through State Farm from a recent accident. They say yes and he gives his info and the guy tells him there is a $300 deposit and wants him to pay via Venmo. He refuses to send an email documenting anything and says they don't accept credit cards. What the actual hell Enterprise?!?!?

44 分鐘內	Sherrie Sharc doctor_veggie	UPDATE: called the corporate line and they confirmed my husband had called the right number and that Enterprise never asks for Venmo payments or requires a deposit on insurance claim rentals. It was definitely an employee trying to steal from us.
