If you're doing a ton of travel within Tokyo, especially on the same day, you might want to get a Tokyo Subway Ticket (24 Hours). Starting costs are 800/400 yen for Adult/Children. And it'll give you access to the Tokyo Metro and Toei Metro lines respectively (more info below)
