Something is clearly wrong in the comment section here. If someone has created an idea, designed something, found the way to advertise and sell it and it became successful, then that person hired other people aka created new workplaces, paid them salaries and now that person is being blamed for that? And no I am not defending corporations cause majority of them are evil for other things, but blaming them for not paying same salaries to basic workers as CEO gets, is just ridiculous.

Let’s be clear. You’ll never decrease the number of billionaires by complaining. If you develop an idea and work really hard at it you may be a billionaire some day, maybe before the first trillionaire.

So just to be clear, what is the dollar amount that one obtains, that changes it from earned to unearned?

Having an idea, building it, testing it, creating a company, hiring employees, create networks, setting proper goals and directionality, marketing and managing the company's financial and assets AND being successful is an incredibly difficult task. If it weren't, everyone complaining about the rich would just do the same thing. It doesn't take much money to sell an idea nowadays, if it's good enough you'll earn what you need for the next stages or find investors. They absolutely earned it
