I was pleasantly surprised by TheTripleSixEight. I laughed, I cried, I cheered & I felt every moment of it. The cast was phenomenal, & the story was so beautifully told that it spoke to my soul. It made me both happy & sad, because it reminded me of the truth we carry as Black women. We don’t have the privilege of missing the mark, not even once. We’ve had to prove our worth over & over again, only to be told that no matter how much we give, it’s never enough.
