This is absolutely a reasonable shot considering the quality of the camera, the lighting and the density of his unibrow. Also, hair growth rate is not the same for every person. Some people grow hair much faster than others and this is a proven fact.

To be honest, I was in the camp of maybe he did it, but, after seeing so many pictures of him in the media and comparing them I'm REALLY doubting if it's the same guy. If he is allegedly involved in the crime then I don't think he did it alone.
