Unfortunately, this is my life now. The upside is, is that I finally learned how to express my anger. Hopefully, this kettle will not boil over with a flurry of curse words! My vocabulary is much too strong to lower myself to that except when venting with protected friends. Up until about three & a half years ago, I could count the times that I had lost my temper on one hand. Have not said anything unnecessary or unkind, said with love and it was necessary to be said by myself. Not bad for 61.
