Of course approaching Christmas I screwed up my sleep schedule by trying to finish presents and excitement. Now I’m back to 5 hours broken sleep, struggling to fall back to sleep at 2am, and on day 10 of a period that can’t decide when it’s over 🤦🏽‍♀️
