I think you don’t bring it up. I think it’s best to accept our adult kids for who they are. To love them and be happy when we see them, but not have expectations of them. They are who they are at this point. Time to love yourself. Maybe instead of buying them gifts, buy some for yourself! If it were me, I’d still send gifts for the kids, but let it go for the adults. I’d say, you’re right, shipping is so high, so I’m cutting back. And buy yourself something lovely!
