The Chelan County Sheriff's Office has identified a suspect who allegedly drove recklessly in Leavenworth last weekend. Zachary Soltis, a Texas resident, was identified by deputies as the driver of a truck that did several donuts and burnouts at a Leavenworth park. Deputies say there is probable cause to charge Soltis with second-degree malicious mischief and reckless driving. He has yet to be arrested. #fox13seattle
