If I were Queen, I would pass a law that any people who walk down the sidwalk in a group formation - horizontal line, cluster, whatever - such as to completely block people from getting by are subject to execution. For those who give you attitude/shade/defensiveness when you politely say "Excuse me, please," it will be public.
