Today is one of the hard days. I want to pick up the phone and call certain people and ask them why they did what they did. Justice sensitivity is a SOB. It’s one of my biggest struggles with ADHD. I know that the why doesn’t matter. What’s done is done. I don’t need to understand why they did what they did. Grappling with “it’s not fair” is such BS. Especially when it’s centered around certain relationships. Trauma bonds, especially with a parent, are devastating. ADHDThreads
