Disney has spent $654 million to produce two seasons of Andor. If you want to know why your favorite Star Wars TV shows are getting canceled after one or two seasons: this is why. Spending nearly $700 million on 24 episodes of a TV series is either sheer stupidity or gross incompetence.

If we use your $700 million per episode for 24 episodes, Andor cost about $29.17 million per episode. So essentially the same price for a series with: multiple gorgeous locations, hour long episodes, critical acclaim, a diverse international cast, Emmy nominations, a renowned writer and director with a specific vision. Totally worth it.
