After my baby was born, I could’ve walked down to the room we stayed in and walked out of the hospital. All the reels had me prepared for the wincing as I rolled over and the painful first trip to the bathroom while I practically skipped my happy ass to the shower the following morning. I was also prepared for my milk letdown to be painful or electric feeling and there was nothing, just my baby latched and nursing right away. Don’t get me wrong I wasn’t back to business as usual or anything.
