From an engineering standpoint, these screws are [mostly] interchangeable: they are all 10-32×1/2" steel phillips screws. But I spent 15 minutes digging through a drawer searching for four IDENTICAL screws because these have different heads and it would bother me forever just KNOWING that I had installed something with mismatched screws...
