Fantastic! I loved my 32 year teaching career. It’s not always easy, but you know your work matters. And it’s not always the subject you teach that matters the most. Acknowledge the challenges, but seek out the passionate, fun loving colleagues. Avoid the negative naysayers. They’ll bring you down. If it takes a few schools to get good administrators, move around until you find them. It’s worth it.
