Homeless drug abuse is often a RESULT of homelessness, an attempt to cope with their situation, rather than the cause of it, so you can't fix homelessness by addressing that. There is no 'quick cure' for PTSD, especially for the complicated trauma many homeless folks experience. You can't 'fix' the sociopathy of health insurers that causes medical bankruptcy:
