My son use to see those but different colors, it started off all black and he wasn't able to make out their features but knew it was a man because it wasn't shaped like a woman, then he started seeing a blueish, orange, white, and funny enough a static one. Luckily he haven't seen them in years.

Got two like that. I find it most difficult to put them in their own beds at night, teaching them that they are safe and in power at home. I’m mostly within 20 steps from them and things have been peaceful for about a year now, and saying that I don’t mean that the entities where bad, but my kids are so young, they’re scared seeing a recently deceased loved one in the attic. Setting boundaries from a place of power and love, solved it. Love to you.

My little brother used to say when we were younger that there was a shadow/dark version of me my mom stepdad and my little brother glad I wasn’t the chosen kid to see those shadows 😭
