I’m blue collar and he isn’t wrong. There are a bunch of soft ass males in blue collar work. Your character and how you carry yourself and treat others is what makes you masculine. What you do for a living has nothing to do with it.

Blue collar workers are typically less mentally capable than a white collar worker or workers in any other productive fields. Being a gritty hands on workers that obeys orders in a job isn’t “manly" it’s just work.
