If you’re planning to give birth in Hong Kong - yes this is a good service and cost effective- BUT - if you have some issues require CT / MRI / Referral to specialist, then you might have a different opinion here, even those retired as civil servant, the wait time for an urgent appointment referral take about 48 weeks before they can see the initial specialist doctor. 

I will say this screenshot is truth, I’ve so far lived in three well developed countries, Hong Kong’s medical is okay in terms of quality (of today, not sure if later for open registration as profession) but definitely not the best for patients, you can see the waiting time here.
