Depends, I think excitement may be higher because of fans of the original 2000’s movies, but ultimately since Superman is a part of a new universe spearheaded by Gunn it will likely still be more popular.

Superman is a known name but has never grossed even $800m. There’s hype for it sure but Feige is building Avengers level hype for Fantastic Four.

I think something WILD would have to be going down in the teaser trailer for it to surpass Supes. There’s some healthy competition between these movies though.

It remains to be seen.
