No, I am not saving animals by being vegan. I chose to be vegan b/c I didn’t want the energy of unethical farming in my mouth and in my body. A selfish choice that I never regretted and that made a huge difference to me.

Do you purchase organic veg & fruit only? Do you purchase avocados? Berries? Chocolate? Do you order from Amazon prime? What I am saying that we can’t get away from unethical practices. If its not cows, its bees. If it’s not bees then its the Amazon employees who are getting treated like shit. Im glad your life feels different from not eating meat tho.
