Started in Aug 23.
Started by simply cutting sugared drinks.
No carbo from Mondays to Fridays
Eat cheat meals in moderation on weekends.
Then slowly IF 3 days a week.
Joined a few physical classes for some weekly cardio.
Didnt drastically dropped alot of weight. But after a little over a year of consistency there are changes.
Lets maintain the consistency and add a little more to the routine in 2025.
