I’ve been talking about creating “Salt, Pepper, Ketchup, Mumbo Sauce” for a few years and started collecting carry out menus a couple years ago. It feels so good when I have a vision and finally get to see it through. So many folks at the opening reception connected with this piece and talked to me about it. A lot of my art is super vulnerable and comes from an authentic place but this one hits different. It really feels like home.
